JS Self gives you these tips for protecting your energy not so you can feel superior to others, whose energies aren’t up to snuff, but so you can compassionately interact with the world from a grounded and calm place. It’s important to remember that life is the perfect blend of negative and positive.The same way that your energy field can be drained and compromised, it can also be illumined and energized. Being around uplifting positive people, activities and environments will boost energies. It’s about finding the right balance that works for you as well as making sure you look after yourself and spend time with people that add to your quality of life. Your energy can be depleted really fast . You have to be very careful who you run into and who you speak to.
